Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Create and develope menus that align with the culinary theme, dietary requirements, and customer preferences.
  • Orchestrate kitchen operations, overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation through rigorous quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing proper sanitation practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving culinary trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistently delivering high-quality, flavourful, and well-presented dishes.
  • Effectively manage time to synchronize the prompt preparation and delivery of food, particularly during peak service periods.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be hardworking and honest.
  • Must have a catering or food hygiene certificate.
  • Must have previous experience as a cook, chef or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid DBS.
  • Be confident and able to engage with others.
