To Join our team, you will contribute to delivering person-centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with Dementia.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • To be an integral part of the team to support all aspects of the care role.
  • Provide support with mobility and help service users move around.
  • Assist service users with personal care (undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, pad changes).
  • Assist service users with their meals.
  • Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of the service users, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Use any mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
  • Communicate with other colleagues and senior-level staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities, update notes accordingly in care plans, etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be hard working and honest.
  • Must have a valid care training certificate.
  • Must be experienced in a care setting.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in a care setting.
  • Must hold a current and valid enhanced DBS.
  • Must be willing to get paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
  • Must have experience in customer service.
